摘　　要：目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、核转录因子（NF-κB）p50在不同分型涎腺多形性腺瘤中的表达及意义.方法 本研究收集河北联合大学附属医院和开滦总医院2007年3月～2012年6月50例涎腺多形性腺瘤组织石蜡标本,采用免疫组化染色方法SP法检测50例涎腺多形性腺瘤（基质丰富型25例为A组、细胞丰富型25例为B组）中VEGF 、NF-κB p50的表达情况,并与瘤旁涎腺组织（对照组）25例的表达情况做对比分析.结果 VEGF在A组的积分光密度（IOD）值为（153.13±60.81）;B组的IOD值为（954.65±305.79）;对照组的IOD值为（52.46±9.76）,A、B组均较对照组增高,B组较A组增高,组间比较差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.NF-κB p50在A组的IOD值为（43.40±5.56）;B组为（529.79±163.81）;对照组为（6.83±1.90）,A、B组均较对照组增高,B组较A组增高,组间比较差异均有统计学意义（均P＜ 0.05）.结论 细胞丰富型涎腺多形性腺瘤组织中VEGF、NF-κB p50较基质丰富型涎腺多形性腺瘤均有更高的表达,VEGF、NF-κB p50的检测对鉴别涎腺多形性腺瘤的不同分型及指导临床诊断和治疗均有帮助.Objective To study the expression and it significance of VEGF and NF-κB/pS0 in cell-rich and matrixrich polymorphous adenomas of salivary gland.Methods 50 cases of salivary gland pleomorphic adenoma tissue paraffin specimens were collected in the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei United University and Kailuan General Hospital from March 2007 to June 2012,and were detected by the method of immunohistochemical staining SP （25 cases of matrix rich type were in group A,25 cases of cell type were in group B） in the expression of VEGF and the nf-kappa B/p50 situation,and peritumoral were compared and analyzed with 25 cases of normal salivary gland tissue expression in the control group.Results The IOD value of VEGF in group A was （153.13 ± 60.81）; the IOD value of group B was （954.65 ± 305.79）; IOD value of control group was （52.46 ± 9.76）,the differences between the three groups had statistical significance （P ＜ 0.05）.The NF-kappa B p50 IOD values in group A was （43.40 ± 5.56）; the IOD value of group B was （529.79 ± 163.81）; IOD value of control group was （6.83 ± 1.90）,the differences between the three groups had sta tistical significance （all P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion VEGF,the NF-kappa B p50 joint detection in benign and malignant salivary gland pleomorphic adenoma judgement has practical application value,better for the treatment of pleomorphic adenoma and prognosis judgement,can identify different classification of the salivary gland pleomorphic adenoma and to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment with helpful.
