摘 要:目的通过对一起高校诺如病毒感染引起的腹泻暴发疫情的调查和分析,为学校等集体单位制定相应的预防控制对策提供科学的依据。方法对腹泻学生采取流行病学调查,采集食堂可疑食物留样,腹泻学生的呕吐物、排泄物等,应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)进行诺如病毒检测。结果该起疫情首例发病时间为2011年12月22日,历时3天;全校共238例病患,以大一学生为主,占47.06%(共112例);91.06%的患病学生曾在北区饭堂就餐。通过对20例呕吐物的病原学检测,发现诺如病毒阳性者18例,检出率为90.00%。结论此起感染性腹泻暴发疫情是由诺如病毒引起,主要为食物、餐具、污染和生活接触传播所致。Objective To investigate and analyze the epidemic situation of diarrhea caused by norovirus infection in a university so as to provide a scientific basis for collective-owned units like schools to take corresponding prevention and control measures. Method An epidemiological investigation was conducted for students suffer- ing from diarrhea; suspected food from canteen was collected and sampled. Vomit and excrement of students with diarrhea had norovirus detection by means of the method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Incidence time of the first case was on December 22, 2011 which was lasting for three days; 238 cases suffering from diarrhea in total all across the campus were mainly freshmen accounting for 47.06% (a total of 112 cases), 91.06%of suffered students once ate in canteen of the northern campus. Through pathogenic detection of vomit for 20 cases, there were 18 cases that had positive norovirus with a de- tection rate of 90.00%. Conclusion Outbreak of this infectious diarrhea is caused by norovirus, which are mainly transmitted through food, food container, pollution and daily-life contact.
