摘 要:以2-甲基咪唑、溴乙烷、L-谷氨酸为原料合成了新型的咪唑谷氨酸盐离子液体,并对其结构进行了红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱表征。将其用于催化乙酸酐和水杨酸的乙酰化反应,探究了离子液体的用量、反应温度和反应时间对阿司匹林合成的影响和该氨基酸离子液体的重复使用性能。结果表明,该离子液体对于合成阿司匹林具有良好的催化效果,并可以重复使用;在水杨酸、乙酸酐和氨基酸离子液体摩尔比为1∶2∶3.75×10-4、反应温度为70℃以及反应时间为30min的条件下,阿司匹林的产率可达78.2%。A new glutamate ionic liquid was synthesized by using 2-methyl imidazole, bromoethane and L- glutamic acid as raw materials and characterized by IR, NMR and MS. The as-synthesized ionic liquid was used to catalyze the acetylation reaction between acetyl salicylic acid and acetic anhydride. The influences of amino acid ionic liquid dosage, reaction temperature and time on the aspirin synthesis and the performance for repeated use of amino acid ionic liquid were also investigated. The results showed that this ionic liquid has good catalytic performance for the aspirins synthesis and can be reused. The yield of aspirin can reach 78.2% by reacting 30 min at 70℃ under the molar ratio of salicylic acid, acetic anhydride and amino acid ionic liquid of 1:2:3.75 ×10 -4.
