摘　　要：创新团队是国家创新体系的重要力量,创新团队建设对创新型国家的战略起到至关重要的作用。由于创新团队外部环境的不断变化,致使创新团队出现了许多问题。要解决这些问题,应从分析影响创新团队发展的主要因素入手,根据创新团队成长规律,通过建立健全团队管理机制,营造其可持续发展的文化氛围,不断为团队成长提供持久的动力,最终引领和带动创新团队快速发展。： The innovative team is an important force in the national innovation system, innovation team building of an innovation oriented country strategies play a crucial role. As innovative team con stantly changing external environment, resulting in innovative team have been many problems. To solve these problems, we should analyze the main factors affecting the development of innovation teams, according to the laws of the innovation team growth, through establishing and perfecting the management mechanism, to build the culture atmosphere of its sustainable development, to provide longlasting source of power and ultimately lead and promote the rapid development of innovative team.
