摘 要:从19世纪中期到20世纪中期以后,世界发达国家普遍经历了高职教育快速发展的浪潮。20世纪,世界范围的本科大学发生了深刻的组织功能变革:大学作为一个整体开始履行服务社会的使命。运用组织社会学新制度学派的理论考察可以发现,这两次国际范围内的高等教育现象存在密切联系:高职教育的兴起和发展为现代大学组织的功能变革提供了合理性前提和合法性基础,扮演了"探路者"和"催化剂"等角色;其本身又是整个高等教育组织变革的重要组成部分。From the mid-19th century to the mid-20th century, the developed countries in the world had generally experienced a booming stage on higher vocational education. In the 20th century, the undergraduate universities around the world have taken a longitudinal transformation on the function of organization: social service had been implanted into the function of university. There are some closely relationships, according to the theory of new institutional theory of organization sociology, which had been verified their existence in both of the world-wide undergraduate universities. The rising and development of higher vocational education which plays the "pathfinder" and "catalyst" role provides the organization function transformation of modern university with rationality and legitimacy basis. Higher vocational education itself, at the same time, is an indispensable part of the whole higher education organizational transformation.
