摘　　要：目前生物和细胞治疗被认为是有可能替代肝移植的潜在治疗方法,但其临床应用尚缺乏足够的经验和证据,须要更深入地研究。本文对国内外重症肝病的生物和细胞治疗的基础研究及临床应用现状进行综述。At present, biotherapy and cell therapy have emerged as potential treatments instead of liver transplantation, but there is still a lack of enough experience and evidence in its clinical application, which requires in-depth studies. The authors briefly summarize the current status of the basic research and the clinical application of biotherapy and cell therapy in severe liver diseases.
