复方血栓通胶囊联合五苓散加减在糖尿病视网膜病变围光凝期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨复方血栓通胶囊联合五苓散加减方在围光凝期治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法2009年8月至2011年1月在本院眼科治疗的糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿患者30例40只眼,分为激光联合中药组(联合组)14例20只眼,单纯应用激光组(对照组)16例20只眼。联合组予眼底光凝并口服复方血栓通胶囊及五苓散加减方1个月,对照组仅予眼底光凝治疗。随访3个月,观察最佳矫正视力(BCVA)(转换为LogMAR视力后进行比较)及中央黄斑厚度(CMT)的变化。结果光凝治疗后3个月时,联合组的BCVA(LogMAR视力)有明显改善,由0.486±0.23提高至0.397±0.19(P<0.05),CMT值也较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前BCVA 0.491±0.21,治疗后3个月时为0.486±0.22,前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CMT值的减小幅度亦不明显(P>0.05)。结论围激光期应用复方血栓通胶囊联合五苓散加减有助于改善视功能,减轻黄斑水肿。OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with Wuling powder in diabetic retinopathy. METHODS Forty eyes of 30 diabetic retinopathy patients were included. They were divided into two groups, united treatment group （14 cases, 20 eyes） and the group treated singly （16 cases, 20 eyes）. Best corrected visual acuity, fundus and macular thickness of all included eyes after treatment of three months were examined and quantified. RESULTS Best corrected visual acuity, LogMAR was 0.486_＋0.19 of the united treatment group and improved obviously than that of 3 months earlier, which was LogMAR 0.397_＋0.23 （P〈0.05）. The united treatment group could reduce the macular thickness obviously than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. While LogMAR of the group treated singly changed from 0.491_＋0.21 to 0.486_＋0.22 （P〉0.05）after 3months＇ treatment. Statistically, the difference in pre-photocoagulation and post-photocoagulation was not significant in the group treated singly. CONCLUSIONS Peri-photocoagulation period, using compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with Wuling powder was a good way in treating DR to reduce and delay edema and improve visual function.
