急性前葡萄膜炎的荧光素眼底血管造影观察

摘　　要：目的探讨急性前部葡萄膜炎患者的眼底改变情况。方法对36例(50只眼)急性前部葡萄膜炎患者进行双眼荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查。结果50只患眼中,39只眼出现视盘毛细血管扩张,晚期强荧光。其中的17只眼可见周边视网膜毛细血管渗漏;10只眼伴有黄斑区周围毛细血管扩张,晚期形成黄斑囊样水肿;1只眼黄斑区早期未见异常,晚期可见黄斑区荧光渗漏。对22例单眼前葡萄膜炎患者对侧眼FFA检查发现,5只眼出现视盘荧光渗漏,1只眼伴周边视网膜毛细血管渗漏。结论大部分急性前部葡萄膜炎患者患眼和部分对侧眼可出现眼底改变。OBJECTIVE To observe the characteristics of fundus fluorescein angiography in acute anterior uveitis. METHODS Fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA）was performed on 36 subjects. RESULTS Thirty-nine of 50 affected eyes showed optic disc telangiectasia in the early phase of FFA and hyper fluorescence in the late phase of FFA. Among these 39 eyes, 10 eyes with peripheral retinal capillary leakage, 17 eyes with macular telangiectasia in early phase of FFA and cystoid macular edema in late phase of FFA, one eye without abnormality in the early phase of FFA while in the late phase of FFA showed macular leakage. In the 22 fellow eyes, 5 eyes of displayed optic disc fluorescein leakage, and 1 eye with peripheral retinal capillary leakage. CONCLUSIONS Fundus changes were observed in most affected eyes and some fellow eyes in cases with acute anterior uveitis.
