儿童角巩膜穿通伤合并外伤性白内障手术治疗53例分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨儿童角巩膜穿通伤合并白内障手术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析53例（53眼）儿童角巩膜穿通伤合并白内障手术治疗情况。采用显微镜下角、巩膜穿通伤缝合联合白内障超声乳化或囊外摘除及Ⅰ期后房型人工晶体植入、后囊切开前段玻璃体切除手术治疗，术后随访6~12月。结果视力恢复至0.8者26例（49.06%），0.7~0.3者25例（47.17%），0.3者2例（3.87%）；术前、术后视力差异有显著性，P〈0.001。行Ⅰ后囊切开前段玻璃体切除手术可明显降低视轴区后囊混浊发生率。结论儿童角巩膜穿通伤合并白内障行角、巩膜穿通伤缝合联合白内障超声乳化或囊外摘除及Ⅰ期后房型人工晶体植入、后囊切开前段玻璃体切除手术治疗可使患儿获得良好视功能，避免二次手术。To observe clinical results of through injury combined traumatic cataract extraction with anterior vitrectomy in children. Methods 53 cases were performed cataract extraction with anterior vitrectomy and IOL implantation for traumatic cataract in children .The average followed-up perirod is 6-12 months.Results The corrected visual acuity ≧0.8 in 49.06 % cases, ≧0.3 in 47.17% cases, ﹤0.3 in 3.87% cases. The corrected visual acuity through paired T tes, P valve were significant difference between the pre-operation and post- operation. Conclusions It is a safe procedure to perform cataract extraction with anterior vitrectomy and IOL implantation for through injury combined traumatic cataract in children .This kind of procedure make a significant reduction of complications .Perfect visual function were established in the most children.of traumatic cataract .
