摘　　要：目的探索一种便捷经济且客观准确的儿童斜弱视早期筛查方法，使之适用于贫困、交通不便、语言不通的少数民族地区，从而提高该地区的儿童眼保健工作水平。方法用小瞳检影法对文山壮族苗族自治州8所幼儿园2-6岁儿童进行屈光筛查，根据小瞳检影下弱视筛查标准：对在检影时顺影动〉＋1．50DS（远视）、有逆影动（近视）或两个子午线影动不对称（散光）的儿童，视为屈光不正可疑需要复诊，对复诊儿童散瞳验光，确定弱视诊断。结果在受检的3993名（7986眼）儿童中，弱视167眼，弱视的患病率为2．09％，斜视78人，斜视的患病率为1．95％，结论小瞳检影法客观、快捷、简便、适用于学龄前儿童的弱视筛查，尤其适用于贫困、边远山区少数民族儿童和不会指认视力儿童的弱视筛查，基层人员经过培训即可开展应用，具有推广应用价值。Objective To find an objective, accurate, convenient and economical method in screening of amblyopia. The method thus can be implemented and applicable in remote areas of minorities where there would be difficulties in communicating in different languages so as to raise the efficiency of child eye care work. Methods A screening was carried out across children aged from 2 to 6 in eight kindergartens in Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Ethnic Minorities County, using the small pupil retinoscope, and examining children with symptoms of direct or indirect shade movements 〉＋I.50DS, or symptom of unsymmetrical shade movements between the two meridians, who are considered as ambigu- ous ametropia patients. They were tested by a retina retionoscopy optometry and can be considered as ametropia. Re- suits Among 3993 children （7986 eyes）, 167 eyes （2.09%） were amblyopia children; 78 cases （1.95%） were strabismus children. Conclusions The small pupil retinoscope is suitable for pre school amblyopia children. It is especially effective for young children incapable to read and is easy to carry out in remote and underdeveloped areas of minority people.Therefore, the method is worthy of popularizing.
