摘 要:目的探讨AC/A比值检测对青少年近视防治验配的意义。方法选取88例青少年近视患者,30例早发近视、29例迟发近视、29例正视。测量他们的刺激性调节诱发AC/A比值。结果在早发性近视和迟发性近视与正视眼的反应性AC/A之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),早发性与迟发性近视比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05),早发性近视与正视比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论早发性近视较迟发性近视和正视具有较高的反应性AC/A比值,高AC/A可能是近视发生发展的一个危险因素。To investigate the effect of AC/A ratio on the determination of juvenile myopia preven-tion significance. Methods 88 cases of juvenile myopia patients, 30 cases of early-onset myopia, 29 cases of late-onset myopia, 29 cases of emmetropic. Measurement of stimulating their regulation induced AC/A ratio. Results In the early onset myopia and late onset myopia and emmetropic the significant differences between the AC/A ratio of the eyes (P〈0.05) , early-onset and late-onset myopia were significant difference (P〈 0.05) , there were significant differences in early-onset myopia and emmetropic ( P〈 0.05) . Conclusions Early onset myopia has high AC/A ratio than late onset myopia and emmetropia which, suggest that high AC/A may be a risk factor for the occurrence and development of myopia.
