摘　　要：通过对THJ -XH型交流双速电梯的提速改造潜力与经济性分析 ,提出了改变曳引机速比实现提速的方案 ,对蜗轮蜗杆装置进行了重新设计和强度校核。经 3年的负载运行使用 ,证明了改造方案的正确性。This paper analyses the potential and economy for rebuilding THJ-XH double speed AC elevator to increase its speed and on the basis puts forward a solution to realizing increase in speed by changing the traction machine′s speed ratio.Then the worm gear drive unit is redesignd and its strength verified.By now the rebuilt THJ-XH elevator has been used with load for three years and brought great economic benefits for the owner.
