水疱型钙化上皮瘤1例并文献复习

摘　　要：患者男,15岁。左上臂屈侧淡紫红色水疱样肿物2个月。皮损组织病理示:表皮无异常,真皮见嗜碱性细胞及影子细胞形成的团块样结构,可见多枚钙化区,其周围被纤维组织包绕。诊断:水疱型钙化上皮瘤。A 15-year-ohl male had presented with purple red blister-like lesions on left upper limb flexor side for two months. The histopathology of the skin lesion showed that no abnormal phenomena in epidermis. There were basophilic and the ＂shadow cells＂ with calcifying areas,a few cah.ification areas with fibrous tissue around in dermis. He was diagnosed as pilomatricoma with bullous appearance.
