多发性脂囊瘤并发疹性毳毛囊肿1例

摘　　要：患者男,19岁。胸、腹部及前臂出现丘疹和结节5年。皮损组织病理示:表皮正常,真皮见两个囊肿,一个囊肿的囊壁不规则折叠,囊内为嗜伊红无定形物质,附有皮脂腺,另一囊肿内见毳毛横断面及环状排列的角质物,囊壁为复层鳞状上皮。诊断:多发性脂囊瘤并发疹性毳毛囊肿。A 19-year-old man presented with papules and nodules on the chest,abdomen and forearm for 5 years. Skin lesions histopathology revealed normal epidermis,two cysts in the dermis. One of the cysts showed irregular folding cyst wall,containing eosinophilic and amorphous substance in the cyst, with sebaceous glands. Svellus hair cross section and ringed hornies were found on the another cyst,the cyst wall was stratified squamous epithelium. Diagnosis：steatocystoma multiplex with eruptive vellus hair cyst.
