摘　　要：20世纪二三十年代是民国医学期刊出版最为活跃的时期,在众多医学期刊中,以易理阐发医理的文献数量虽然极少,但其学术价值不可忽视。这些医易文献以医易会通为立论依据,研究内容涉及中医理论的多个层面,阴阳、五行、六气、脏腑气化是其探讨的主要论题。Medical journals were popular in the 1920s and 1930s of the Republic of China. There were few articles based on medical principles of Yi theory. But their academic values can not be ignored. Based on Yi theory, these articles illustrated many aspects of TCM theory. Such subjects as Ying and Yang, Five elements, Six Qi and viscera gasificationmain were analyzed.
