摘　　要：连退机组主要通过炉子工艺和平整工艺对冷轧后带钢性能进行改善,以提高带钢的冲压性能,是生产汽车板及高等级汽车外板所需的重要工序机组。本文主要阐述了连退机组立式活套的张力控制、位置控制和同步位置等控制技术以及立式活套位置不同步应用案例分析与改进,这些控制技术和应用案例,对于研究立式活套控制功能和维护具有借鉴意义。In order to improve the strip punching ability, annealing machine improves the strip properties after cold rolling by furnace and formation process, which is the important process unit in producing auto sheet and high-grade car plate. This paper introduces the control technology of tension control, position control and synchronous position, analyzes and improves the cases of built-up type loop annealing machine which will be the reference significance in studying the control function and maintenance of built-up type loop annealing machine.
