摘　　要：目的调查ICU护士对《血管内导管相关感染预防指南(2011)》的知识掌握情况,探讨提高临床工作中对指南依从性的方法。方法采用自行设计调查问卷对224名ICU护士进行调查。结果 ICU护士对《血管内导管相关感染预防指南(2011)》知识问卷得分为(8.47±3.10)分,及格率仅为12.95%;85.27%的护士听说过该指南;42.41%的护士接受过相关培训;护士认为临床工作中影响指南实施的主要因素是护士配备少、工作量大(45.98%)和对指南所推荐的措施不熟悉(38.39%)。结论 ICU护士对《血管内导管相关感染预防指南(2011)》知识掌握不理想,建议根据实际情况,加强培训,同时改进培训方式。Objective To investigate ICU nurses＂ knowledge of Guidelines for the Prevention of Intravascular Catheter related Infections （2011 ） and ex plore the methods to improve the adherence of the guidelines in clinical work. Method A total of 224 ICU nurses were investigated by a self designed ques tionnaire. Results The mean score was （ 8.47 ± 3.10）, only 12.95 % nurses got passing scores. One hundred and ninty one （ 85.27 % ） nurses were heard the guideline ,95 （42.41%） nurses were received related training. In nurses＇opinions ,the major factors which impacted the implementation of this guideline were shortage of nurses,heavy workload （45.98%） and unfamiliar with the guideline （38.39%）. Conclusion ICU nurses＇awareness and knowledge of this guide line is not ideal. It is necessary to enhance nurse training and improve training methods based on the actual conditions.
