摘 要:目的探讨实施护士分层管理的方法和效果。方法 2010年7月选择具有代表性的8个病区实施护士分层管理,主要内容包括护士层级划分、确定各层级任职资格及能力要求、工作职责,落实分层培训与考核及改革工作模式,从2012年7月所有病区全部实施。比较2010年至2012年护理质量指标评价结果、护理不良事件发生情况及护士工作满意度。结果各项护理质量指标(基础护理合格率、专科护理合格率、健康教育落实率及住院患者满意度)上升(P<0.01或P<0.05);给药错误、压疮和管道滑脱发生率下降(P<0.05);护士工作满意度较实施前明显上升(P<0.05)。结论实施护士分层管理后有利于提高护理质量和患者满意度,有利于提升护士职业价值感。Objective To explore the method and effects of nurse stratified management. Methods From July 2010,nurse stratified management was imple mented in 8 representative wards, including dividing nurses into different hierarchies, confirming the qualifications, capability requirement and responsibilities of each hierarchy, carrying out hierarchical training and examination system and reforming work mode. Then, the stratified management were popularized to all wards from Ju ly 2012. The nursing quality ,nursing adverse events ,and nurses'job satisfaction were investigated from 2010 to 2012. Results The nursing quality indicators ,which included basic nursing qualification rate, specialized nursing qualification rate, health education qualification rates and patients satisfaction were improved ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). The incidence of medication errors, pressure ulcer and nursing adverse events were decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Nurses job satisfaction was in creased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The implementation of nurse stratified management can improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction, and also promote nurses sense of professional value
