摘 要:目的观察"123"健康教育模式对COPD患者疾病不确定感的改善效果。方法选取2010年1月至2012年12月的COPD稳定期患者100例为研究对象,对患者实施1本疾病健康教育交流手册、2次多媒体视频信息支持、3次面对面情感沟通的健康教育,于入院第1天和出院前1 d分别采用疾病不确定感量表进行测评。结果应用"123"健康教育模式后,患者的疾病不确定感各维度得分均低于应用前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 "123"健康教育模式避免了传统健康教育模式的局限性,操作性强,具备浓厚的趣味性、针对性、个性化等特点,可使COPD患者的疾病不确定感降低。Objective To observe the effects of " One & Two & Three" mode of health education on improving disease Methods A total of 100 stable phase COPD inpatients from January 2010 to December 2012 were recruited,health education communication manual, twice multimedia video information support and three times of face - to - face emotional uncertainty in COPD patients. of one disease health education were given to them. Disease un certainty were respectively assessed in first day after admission and the prior day before discharge using disease uncertainty scale. Results The score of disease uncertainty and its all dimension scores after using " One & Two & Three" mode of health education were lower than those before using it ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion " One & Two & Three" mode of health education avoids the limitation of traditional health education pattern, it has more operability, more interests and being more targeted and personalized, and can reduce disease uncertainty of COPD patients greatly.
