基于圆形统计分析的麻醉恢复室护士梭形排班法的创建及应用

摘　　要：使用圆形统计分析法,分析3 462例麻醉恢复室患者出入室时间分布特点呈梭形分布,根据此规律,麻醉恢复室护士实施梭形排班法,此方法能均衡护士的工作量,提高人力资源利用率及实际床护比,保障患者安全。A total of 3 462 patients enrolled in PACU were analyzed using circular statistical analysis method about the distribution of entrance time, which showed a spindle distribution. According to this distribution, spindle scheduling method was taken among PACU nurses. After implementation,it showed that this method can balance the workload of nurses,improve utilization of human resources and the actual patient to nurse ratio, ensure the safety of patients.
