摘 要:开孔耐压球壳是集体逃逸舱的主要承压结构,其强度和稳定性直接关系到逃生人员的生命安全。本文推导了计算静水压力下开孔耐压球壳应力的解析单元法(AEM),该方法与有限元法计算结果吻合。对开孔耐压球壳极限强度进行有限元分析,用响应面法(RSM)建立非线性稳定性近似公式。基于强度和稳定性计算公式,联合采用多岛遗传算法(MIGA)和Hook-Jeeves法进行优化设计,得到满足强度和稳定性要求重量最轻的设计方案。As the pressure spherical shell with openings is bearing structure of the collective escape capsule, its strength and stability is of great importance to the safety of crew. Analytic element method ( AEM) is proposed to calculate stress of pressure spherical shell under static pressure . Results obtained by AEM show good agreement with FEM’ s results. The ultimate strength of pressure spherical shell is also analyzed by FEM method, and response surface method ( RSM) is used to establish a approximation formula of nonlinear buckling pressure. Based on AEM and RSM, muti-island genetic algorithm ( MIGA) and hook-jeeves method are adopted in subsequent optimal design to search a design of minimum weight with sufficient strength and stability.
