OSAHS抗炎治疗的初步观察

摘　　要：目的初步观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)抗炎治疗的近期临床疗效与药物不良反应。方法应用硫辛酸(LA)胶囊联合苏子油软胶囊(POSC)治疗OSAHS患者15例。观察其临床症状的初步改善时间、症状消失时间,停药半年后随访时OSAHS再发与靶器官损伤(高血压、糖尿病)症状改善的情况、颈围缩短情况。结果本文15例应用LA联合POSC治疗初见效时间的中位值(M)为3w。症状消失时间(M)为10w,共用药(M)为12w。半年后随访15例患者的OSAHS症状消失,仅5例经饮酒后有轻度鼾声。其中13例相关高血压者除3例仅用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平2.5mg·d-1,血压维持在140/90mmHg,15例相关糖尿病患者餐后2h血糖正常,颈围缩短(M)6cm。结论本文15例OSAHS患者应用LA与POSC联合用药的抗炎治疗方案,疗效满意,无药物不良反应,为临床医师治疗OSAHS提供一个有前景的信息。Objective preliminary exploring the clinical effect as well as the adverse reaction arising in the anti-inflammatory therapy of obstructive sleep apnea-hyponea syndrome （OSAHS）. Methods In this research, 15 patients suffered from OSAHS was treated with lipoic acid （LA） and perilla oil soft-capsule （POCS）. In order to observe the acting time of drugs, estimate the ameliorate time of clinical symptom, the decreasing of neck circumference, along with the recurrence and the extent of target-organ damage within 6 months of drug withdrawal in clinical follow-up.Results The acting time of drugs was 3 weeks in median, it took 10 weeks（median） to ameliorate the clinical symptom, in all 12 weeks（median） in the administration time of LA and POCS. After half year of clinical follow-up, we had observed the clinical symptom of all 15 participants vanished, leaving only 5 with slightly snore after drinking. 10 of 13 with secondary hypertension could keep their BP in normal range after stopping anti-hypertensives. In the meantime, 3 of them kept their BP around 140/90mmHg with the help of levamlodipine besylate 2.5mg per day. 13 with secondary diabetes had normal value of 2h PBG without antidiabetic drugs. Neck circumference decreased 6era （median） in all participants. Simultaneously, no adverse reactions were observed in co-administration of LA and POCS.Conclusions Satisfactory curative effect with zero adverse reaction is performed during the treatment of OSAHS with the application of LA together with POCS. It has offered doctors a promising solution dealing with OSAHS in the near future.
