摘　　要：近年来恶性肿瘤的发病率呈持续上升状态,严重威胁着人类的健康和生存质量。肿瘤转移是恶性肿瘤的标志之一,如何控制肿瘤的转移播散是一直困扰着研究者和医务人员的问题。核基质结合区结合蛋白质1因在肿瘤转移和细胞凋亡方面的重要作用成为学者研究的热点之一,临床疾病相关的研究发现其在乳腺癌、肺癌、胃癌等恶性肿瘤中呈高表达倾向。In recent years, the incidence of tumor showed an upward trend, which is a serious threat to human health and quality of life. Metastasis is one of the symbols of malignant tumor,and how to control the transfer of tumor spread has been puzzling the researchers and medical staff. SATB1 has become a hot research field because of its important effects on tumor metastasis and cell apoptosis, and it＇s discovered in the research of clinical disease that SATB1 showed high expression in breast cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer and other malignancies.
