摘　　要：视网膜血管与脑小血管具有共同的解剖生理特点,也是人体唯一在非入侵条件下直接观察到的小血管,能较早期地反映全身微小血管的变化。脑小血管病早期可能没有任何症状,因此通过检测视网膜血管变化预测脑小血管疾病的发生、发展甚至转归具有重要的意义。该文通过回顾相关的研究,对脑小血管病与视网膜血管异常的关系进行综述,为临床工作提供理论依据。Retinal vascular has the common anatomical and physiological features with cerebral vascu- lar, which is the only visible small vessels with non-invasive method, reflecting the changes of small vessels of the whole body in early stage. In the early stages of cerebral small vessel disease, there may be no symptoms at all, so it is of great significance by detecting retinal vascular changes to predict the occmTence, develop- ment and outcome of cerebral small vascular disease. Here reviews some researches, summarizing the relation- ship between small cerebral vascular disease and retinal vascular abnormalities, offering theories for the clinical practice.
