更昔洛韦联合炎琥宁治疗带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察更昔洛韦和炎琥宁联合治疗带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2009年10月至2012年11月威海市立二院眼科收治的带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者90例,随机分为联合治疗组和对照组,联合治疗组44例在给予更昔洛韦眼用凝胶滴眼的基础上静脉滴注炎琥宁冻干粉针剂;对照组46例给予更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗,观察疗效并进行比较。结果联合治疗组44例中42例治疗有效,有效率为95.45%;对照组46例中31例治疗有效,有效率为67.39%,联合治疗组的疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组眼畏光消失时间(3.2±0.8)d、眼干涩不适消失时间(7.2±0.9)d、角膜虹膜睫状体炎消失时间(5.5±0.8)d,对照组相应的时间为(4.2±1.0)d、(8.2±0.8)d、(6.6±1.0)d,治疗组的眼畏光、眼干涩、角膜虹膜睫状体炎消失时间均比对照组显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦联合炎琥宁用药治疗带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎具有标本兼治作用,疗效好,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of gancielovir combined with yanhuning on herpes zoster virus （HZV） keratitis. Methods A total of 90 cases of HZV keratitis patients were selected in Weihai Second Municipal Hospital from Oct. 2009 to Nov. 2012. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 44 cased was given ganeiclovir and yanhuning. The control group of 46 cases was only given ganeielovir for treatment. Results 42 out of the 44 patients in treatment group were effective, forming an effective rate of 95.45 % ; 31 out of the 46 patients in control group were effective, form- ing an effective rate of 67.39%. There was significant difference between treatment group.and eontrol group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The time of disappearance time of eye photophobia, dry eye discomfort and corneal iridocyelitis in the treatment group were （3.2 ± 0. 8 ） d, （7.2 ± 0.9） d, and （5.5 ±0.8 ） d respectively, while the corre- sponding data of the control group were（4.2 ± 1.0） d, （8.2±0.8） d, （6.6 ± 1.0） d. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of ganeiclovir combined with yanhuning treating herpes zoster virus kratitis has good therapeutic effect and no adverse reaction, thus is worthy of popu- larization.
