摘　　要：青年教师教风是高校本科教学质量的保证,目前对它的研究多是在制度建设层面上。通过对高校青年教师教风进行问卷调查、访谈座谈发现:青年教师教风中存在的问题主要是精神和情感方面,单纯的规章制度只能从形式上对教风进行约束,不能从根本上解决问题。高校青年教师教风研究与建设的重点应该从显性管理转到隐性层面,以人本主义为指导进行教风建设,让青年教师对工作充满希望,关心他们的生活学习等,使他们从内心热爱教育事业,从而促进高校青年教师教风建设。Teaching ethics of young teachers is the guarantee to the quality of undergraduate teaching in universities and colleges. Researches on it mostly focus on institutional improvement. The findings of this inves- tigation by interviewing and discussing are： The problems of teaching ethics of young teachers in universities mainly in teacher~ spirit and affection. Rules and regulations only supervise young teachers superficially. They cant solve these problems. The focus of the research and construction should change from explicit management to tacit management. Its construction should be under the guidance of humanism. Young teachers will be hope- ful to their job. Leaders of universities ought to care cational enterprise.
