摘　　要：地方高校旅游管理专业本科毕业论文指导工作中面临着毕业论文与就业、考研、出国的冲突,完成时间仓促,指导资金不足,学生水平层次参差不齐,部分教师缺乏责任心,缺乏完善的监督机制和奖惩机制等困境。主要改革措施包括:调整毕业论文工作时间,设置"本科毕业论文专项基金,加强学生监管、提高学生专业素质,加强对指导教师的监督检查,进一步完善监督机制和奖惩机制。there are many difficulties facing the work of graduation thesis instruction of tourism management majors at local colleges and universities. Due to conflict in time with their other activities, like job hunting, preparing for the graduate entrance exam and going abroad, there will be time pressure in graduates＇ thesis writing. Besides, there are predicaments of fund shortage, differences in graduates＇ specialized quality, some teachers lacking the sense of responsibility, and lack of sound supervision and incentive mechanisms in the graduate thesis instruction. To deal with these problems, the following suggestions are proposed： ad- justing the graduation thesis work time, setting a special fund for the undergraduate thesis instruction, strengthening management over the students, improving the students＇ professional quality, strengthening supervision and inspection over the instruction teachers, and at last, further improving the supervision mechanism and incentive mechanism.
