摘　　要：冷战后,美国从克林顿政府到今天的奥巴马政府,全球战略的发展呈现出了连续性和阶段性。维持美国在世界舞台的唯一领导地位始终是美国全球战略的目标。但在克林顿政府时期、小布什政府时期和奥巴马政府时期,美国全球战略的侧重点和实施手段是存在区别的,它们分别属于"使命导向型"战略、"威胁导向型"战略、"使命导向型"战略。After the cold war , from the Clinton administration to the Obama administration, the U.S.global strategy presen-ted the continuity and stage of development .To maintain the only leadership in the world is always the American global strategic goal.But in the Clinton administration , the Bush ad-ministration and the Obama administration , the emphasis of the American global strategy and implementation measures are different. The three different stages of development are respectively “mission-oriented” strategy, “threat-oriented”strategy,“mission-oriented” strategy.
