千山东北铁线莲花挥发油成分研究

摘　　要：:采用同时蒸馏萃取装置 ,对辽宁千山野生东北铁线莲花的挥发油进行了提取、分析和鉴定 .测得东北铁线莲花挥发油含量为 3 .1% .用GC/MS法从挥发油中分离并确认出了 7种化合物 .用峰面积归一化法通过G170In this paper,essential oil(yield:3.1%) of Clematis Mandshurica Rupr. flower from Qianshan Mount.Liaoning Province,of which 7 compounds were separated and identified by GC/MS,was extracted by distillation extraction instrumentation.Percentages of the above compounds in the essential oil were obtained by the method of Peak Area Normalization(G1701BA Chem workstation).
