摘 要:根据钢种的高温力学性能和冶金准则,确定铸坯表面温度,制定相应的二次冷却制度,通过建立的数学传热模型对铸坯温度、凝壳厚度进行仿真计算,加以验算优化,获得最佳的二冷区冷却水量。以37Mn2钢为研究对象,结合攀钢圆坯连铸机情况,建立了与之相适应的二次冷却制度,并应用于攀钢连铸生产。实践结果表明:铸坯各控制点的实测温度与模型计算温度一致,铸坯在矫直区的温度大于950℃,所生产的圆坯中间裂纹、中心裂纹、内裂、一般疏松等质量缺陷全部评级为0,缩孔、中心疏松、中心偏析最大为1.5,满足后步工序的要求。Base on the high temperature mechanics performance and metallurgical criterion, heat transfer mathematical model was proposed, and the round billet temperature and thickness of solidified shell were calculated with the model. According to the calculation results, the model was optimized. And on this basis, the reasonable secondary cooling system was proposed. The secondary cooling system for 37Mn2 steel with round continuous caster was studied, and the secondary cooling system which was matched with the continuous casting process and equipments was established and it was applied in industrial production. The results show that there is no difference between the measurement and calculated results in round billet temperature. The surface temperature in straightening zone is above 950℃. The internal quality of round billet is perfect and the level of central crack and porosity is 0, and the level of shrinkage, center porosity and center segregation is below 1.5. The quality of round billet can meet the needs of subsequent production.
