摘　　要：对现代金融理论大量应用金融数学取得的进展进行了较详细的综述 ,并就现代金融理论未来的发展趋势和国内现代金融理论研究现状进行了分析 .In this paper, we firstly summarized the progress for wide application of the mathematical finance to the modern finance theory. Then the analysis of the development tendency for the modern finance theory is made, and the present research situation within the country for modern finance theory is discussed.
