摘　　要：针对在质量保证体系基础上实施卫星产品保证 ,应用模型参考思想建立了卫星产品保证体系的模型和质量控制目标函数 ,并应用产品保证体系的质量控制目标函数对具体卫星产品质量进行管理和控制 .This paper presents the models of product assurance system on the condition of executing satellite product assurance by use of model reference theory. And the quality control objective function of the product assurance system is applied to manage and control the quality of specific satellite product.
