中风后肩痛中医诊疗方案治疗肩手综合征Ⅰ期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察"中风后肩痛中医诊疗方案"治疗肩手综合征Ⅰ期的临床疗效。方法符合诊断的67例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用中医诊疗方案治疗,对照组采用康复治疗,治疗前、治疗后30 d进行简化Fugl-Meyer评分及VAS评分。结果治疗后2组简化Fugl-Meyer评分、VAS评分均改善;而治疗组简化Fugl-Meyer评分较对照组提高更显著,VAS评分较对照组下降更明显。结论中风后肩痛中医诊疗方案在改善肩手综合征Ⅰ期的疼痛及运动功能方面有明显效果,尤其在缓解疼痛方面效果显著。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of ＂Diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese Medi- cine（TCM） on post-stroke shoulder pain＂ on the phase Ⅰ of shoulder-handsyndrome patients. Methods 67 diagnosed patients were randomly assigned to two groups. The treatment group were treated by treatment of TCM on post-stroke shoulder pain, and the control group were treated by rehabilitation therapy. All the patients were evaluated by the simplified Fugl - Meyer and VAS twice, one~ before treatment and the other~ after 30 -days treatment. Results After 30 -days treatment, the simplified Fugl - Meyer score and the VAS score of treatment group were obviously improved, which were also obviously improved in con- trol group. And the simplified Fugl - Meyer score of treatment group was more distinctly improved than the control group, the VAS score of treatment group had a signal improvement than control group. Conclusion The ＂Diagnosis and treatment of TCM on post-stroke shoulder pain＂ has noticeable curative effect on the improvement of the pain and motor function recovery of phase Ⅰ of shoulder-handsyndrome patients, especially on relief from pain.
