摘  要:"万隆会议"后,中国政府调整华侨政策,鼓励海外华侨融入当地社会。菲律宾马科斯执政时期,基于国家经济利益的考虑,放宽入籍条件,大批华侨转为菲公民逐渐融入到"大社会"中。在此期间,作为保持民族属性的华文教育不断受到冲击,最终导致根本性变迁。当前形势下,菲律宾华文教育要合理定位,从华人自身生存发展的需要出发,才有前景和未来。关于华文教育传承与融合的研究,可以为今后海外华文教育及汉语国际推广提供借鉴。The Chinese government adjusted the policy towards overseas Chinese and encouraged them to integrate into the local community after Bandung Conference. For the sake of the national interests, the Philippine government eased the application for citizenships and a large number of overseas Chinese were granted the Philippine citizenship which accelerated their integrating progress into the "mainstream Philippine society" in the reign of Marcos. During this period, overseas education that kept national property was greatly challenged and led to a fundamental vicissitude. In current circumstances, only if the Philippines overseas Chinese educa- tion is positioned rationally and carried out for the need of Chinese self - development, can it have prospects. References are provided to the overseas Chinese education in the future and Chinese international promotion, through the study on the transmission and integration of Chinese education.
