摘　　要：近几年,食品安全监管成为一个引人关注的研究领域,研究成果颇为丰富。但总的来看,国内关于食品安全监管的研究中,基础型理论研究相对较少。尽管有学者从新制度经济学的角度,对食品安全监管制度安排及其绩效做出研究,但很少有学者使用产权理论对该问题做出全面的分析。本文通过对政府参与食品安全监管的必然性和目标,及政府主导的食品安全监管模式的变迁与发展趋势进行产权分析,希望建构一个关于食品安全监管的产权理论分析框架。In the recent years,the supervision of food safety has become an abstractive and fruitful research area.The basic theory research on this topic is relatively limited.Although many scholars have make some study on the performance of food safety supervision system,few of them conducted comprehensive analysis by using the theory of property rights.In this paper,we constructed a theoretical analysis framework of property rights on food safety supervision through conducted the property rights analysis of necessity and propose of government involvement in food safety supervision,including the analysis of change and development tendency of government ruled food safety supervision mode.
