摘　　要：由于高校人文社会科学研究成果评价机制自身设计问题以及外部环境因素的制约,在实践过程中,评价机制经常出现"失效、失灵"的情况。基于此,在借鉴系统工程的相关理论基础上,尝试构建符合我国国情的高校人文社会科学研究成果评价机制的保障体系,重点设计了保障体系的总体框架,分别从管理、技术、社会和人文角度提出了建设性的措施。There are often ＂failure or malfunction＂ in the evaluation of universities＇ humanities and social science research due to the mechanism design and constraints from other external factors. Based on this problem, learning from the theory of system engineering, the paper tries to build the supporting system of the evaluation mechanisms of the evaluation of universities＇ humanities and social science research in line with China＇s situation; focuses on the design of the supporting system＇s overall framework; and puts forward constructive measures from the perspective of management, technical, social and human aspects.
