高校图书馆学科馆员参与文献资源建设的机制研究

摘　　要：作为高校文献信息中心,图书馆在高校学科发展中起着重要的支撑作用,尤其是学科馆员,对于高校的学科建设具有积极作用。高校传统文献资源建设体系存在一定缺陷,随着学科馆员制度的推广和实施,学科馆员应作为核心和主体,参与图书馆文献资源建设。这一过程应形成机制,进而促进学科建设和高校发展。Library is the university＇s information center and has played an important role in university＇s discipline development. Subject librarian has positive effects on university＇s discipline construction. There are some defects in the traditional resource construction in university. With the development of the subject librarian program, subject librarian should become the core and the main part in the literature resource construction. This mechanism will promote the discipline construction and the development of the university.
