半夏泻心汤含药血清对人胃癌腹膜转移细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究半夏泻心汤含药血清对体外人胃癌腹膜高转移潜能细胞株GC9811-P增殖的影响。方法:采用血清药理学方法、MTT法及台盼兰染色法观察半夏泻心汤对GC9811-P细胞的敏感性及生长抑制作用。结果:半夏泻心汤含药血清对GC9811-P较为敏感,对其增殖有明显的抑制作用,且有显著的剂量-效应关系(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤对GC9811-P细胞的增殖有一定的抑制作用,提示辛开苦降法可能是中医药防治胃癌腹膜转移的主要治法之一。Objective：To study the influence of BanXia XieXin Tang medicated serum on the proliferation of human gastric cancer cell line GC9811-P with high potential metastasis. Methods：The sensitivity and inhibitory ef-fects of BanXia XieXin Tang on GC9811-P cells were observed by serum pharmacological method, MTT assay and Trypan blue staining test. Results：BanXia XieXin Tang medicated serum is sensitivity to GC9811-P, and it could in-hibit the proliferation of GC9811-P, which showed obvious dose-effects relation （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： BanXia XieXin Tang could inhibit the proliferation of GC9811-P, which suggested that the method of opening with acrid drugs and downbearing with bitter ones might be one of main methods for TCM in the prevention of gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis.
