摘 要:产品更新对企业持续、健康发展具有重大意义。产品设计是产品更新的关键步骤,合理的设计战略可提高公司运营能力和盈利水平,促进公司与国际市场沟通,彰显公司目标文化面貌。当下,在产品开发过程中,突破性地运用工商人类学理念,已成为产品设计行业的新模式和新趋势。当前产业设计中所遇到的挑战,为工商人类学家参与设计提供了机会。工商人类学家可通过民族志研究,以消费者需求为出发点,为产品设计师提出具体而有效的建议。Product Update has significant meaning for enterprises' healthy and lasting development. Product design is the key step of product update, for reasonable design strategies can improve company's operational capability and profitability, promote communication between the company and international market, manifest the target culture of the company. Currently, it has been a new model and trend of the field to utilize industry and commerce anthropology in the process of product development. The challenges appeared in the proces provideds opportunities for industry and commerce anthropologists to get involved in design. On the basis of consumers commands ,they can propose specific and effective suggestions for product designers through studying ethnography.
