人文地理与城乡规划专业的社会需求面向探讨——以黑龙江科技大学为例

摘　　要：以黑龙江科技大学人文地理与城乡规划应用型本科专业为例,基于毕业生和用人单位调查统计数据,从毕业生就业去向结构、趋势和行业面向、地域特色,以及我国产业结构高级化、国土资源管理信息化、农村城镇化和社会主义新农村建设对人文地理与城乡规划专业应用型人才需求等方面,分析社会需求现状,从而提出面向社会经济发展的该专业的人才需求预测,为提高其办学水平和人才培养质量提供科学依据.In the context of higher education popularization, a case study of the Human Geography ~ Town-Country Planning Major in Heilongjiang University of Science ＆ Technology is chosen to analyze present situation of social needs from the aspects of employment destination structure, trend, industry orientation and geographical features based on statistical anal- ysis of survey data from the graduates and their job-hirers. Social needs to application-oriented professionals are analyzed under the background of the increasingly sophisticated industrial structure, informationization of land and resource management, ur- banization and new socialist countryside construction so as to provide a scientific basis to improve the educational level and the quality of talent cultivation.
