摘　　要：围绕高职教育人才培养目标,高职校园文化建设必须突出职业特色,"职业化"的校园文化,是用企业文化、职业文化替代传统意义上的校园文化建设。在实际操作中,高职院校的党团活动,社团文化活动要着重培养学生的职业意识、职业技能与职业素养,从而打造一支适应现代企业需要的人品与技能双过硬的高职人才队伍。To achieve the goal of talents training in higher vocational education, professional feature should be highlighted in the construction of vocational college campus culture. Professionalized campus culture is a kind of campus culture in which corporate culture and professional culture take the place of traditional one. In practice, more stress should be laid to training students＇ professional consciousness, professional skills and professional literacy in vocational college party and league activities and organizational cultural activities, in order to cultivate talents of both excellent character and excellent skills who can meet the needs of modern enterprises.
