摘  要:[目的]探讨原癌基因(c-Myc)和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在年轻宫颈鳞癌(SCC)中的表达、微血管密度(MVD)及临床意义。[方法]选择年轻女性SCC组织标本40份、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)标本31份,正常宫颈组织(NCE)10份,采用免疫组化SP法检测各组c-Myc、COX-2的表达水平和MVD ,分析其表达与肿瘤分期、病理分型、淋巴结转移等相关性。[结果]SCC中c-M yc 、COX-2的阳性表达率分别为62.5%(25/40)、67.5%(27/40),均显著高于 CIN 组和 NCE组( P <0.01);c-Myc表达与分化及淋巴结转移有关( P <0.01),与分期无关;COX-2的表达与SCC的分期及淋巴结转移有相关性( P <0.01);NCE、CIN、SCC组中M VD呈逐渐升高趋势,在SCC组中c-M yc 、COX-2阳性表达和阴性表达的M VD值具有明显相关性( P <0.01);SCC组织中c-Myc 、COX-2表达呈正相关。[结论]c-Myc和COX-2在SCC发生、发展中起重要作用,两者在宫颈癌血管生成中有协调作用。[Objective] To explore the expression of proto-oncogen gene c-Myc and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in young patients with squamous carcinoma of the cervix (SCC) ,microvessel density (MVD) and their significance .[Methods] The samples of 40 SCC tissues ,31 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 10 normal cervical tissues (NCE) were collected .Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expres-sions of COX-2 ,c-Myc and microvessel density (MVD) .The correlation of the expression with tumor stage , pathological type and lymph node metastasis was analyzed .[Results] The positive expression rates of c-Myc and COX-2 in SCC were 62 .5% (25/40) and 67 .5% (27/40) respectively ,which were significantly higher than those in CIN group and NCE group( P〈0 .01) .The expression of c-Myc was related to the differentiation and lymph node metastasis( P 〈0 .01) ,but not related to the staging .The expression of COX-2 had the correla-tion with the staging and lymph node metastasis of SCC ( P 〈 0 .01) .MVD in NCE ,CIN and SCC groups showed a trend of rising .The positive and negative expression of c-Myc and COX-2 in SCC group had obvious correlation with MVD( P〈0 .01) .The expression of c-Myc in SCC group was positively related to the expres-sion of COX-2 .[Conclusion]COX-2 and c-Myc play an important role in the occurrence and development of SCC .Both of them have synergistic effect in the angiogenesis of cervical cancer .
