摘  要:在模拟生物活性炭滤池中炭料生物膜环境条件下,研究了完美美丽猛水蚤摄食伤寒沙门氏菌和肠出血性大肠杆菌O157∶H7并保护其抵抗氯消毒灭活的情况。结果表明:猛水蚤对两种病原菌均有摄食能力并且没有选择性。在摄食时间为12 h的条件下,猛水蚤更容易吞食伤寒沙门氏菌;而当摄食时间增至24 h时,猛水蚤对伤寒沙门氏菌的摄食能力降低,对肠出血性大肠杆菌的摄食能力明显增强。同时,氯消毒后的混合液中无细菌及病原菌检出,而经超声破碎后混合液中又有一定数量的细菌和病原菌检出,证明猛水蚤可以保护体内病原菌免受氯消毒的影响。Based on the simulating biofilm in granular activated carbon filter, the ingestion of Salmonella typhi and enterohemorrhagic E. coli 0157 : H7 by Nitocra pietschmanni, and the protection of its resistance to chlorine inactivation were investigated. The results showed that Nitocra pietschmanni could ingest both pathogens, and that there was no selectivity. When the ingestion time was 12 h, Salmonella typhi was easily ingested by Nitocra pietschmanni. When the ingestion time was increased to 24 h, the a- bility of Nitocra pietschmanni to ingest Salmonella typhi was reduced but to ingest enterohemorrhagic E. co- li was increased significantly. Meanwhile, bacteria and pathogens could not be detected in the mixture af- ter chlorine disinfection while bacteria and pathogens could be detected in the mixture after ultrasonic breaking, suggesting that Nitocra pietschmanni could protect pathogens from the impact of chlorine disinfection.
