石河子大学学生H7N9禽流感知识态度行为现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解大学生对H7N9禽流感知识、态度、行为及其知识传播状况,为开展大学生H7N9健康教育提供科学依据。方法分层整群抽取石河子大学5个专业1 034名学生,采用自行设计的问卷进行H7N9知识、态度、行为调查。结果大学生对H7N9禽流感疫苗、临床表现、高危人群防护方面知晓率均高于50%;54.8%的学生担心自己会感染H7N9禽流感,50%以上的学生支持学校开展的体温报告制度和勤洗手行为,54.8%的学生认为相关部门开展的H7N9健康教育内容不充足。不同专业学生在行为得分上差异有统计学意义(F=5.312,P=0.003)。81.8%的大学生获取H7N9知识的首要渠道是网络。72.1%的学生会利用网络或其他形式转播H7N9禽流感信息,69.9%的学生会主动和同学、朋友或家人谈论H7N9禽流感信息。结论大学生对于H7N9知识了解少,但有积极防病的态度和行为,且有较高关注和传播H7N9信息的能力。应对大学生加强H7N9禽流感健康教育。Objective To investigate knowledge,attitude and practice about H7N9 avian flu and knowledge diffusion among university students,so as to provide evidence for implementing H7N9 avian flu health education. Methods A total of 1 034 students in Shihezi University were chosen by using the method of random stratified sampling and cluster sampling. The KAP questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the knowledge,attitude,practice and knowledge diffusion. Results The correct rate about the vaccine,clinic manifestation and the prevention of high risk population were over 50%. About 54.8% of students were worrying about being infected by H7N9 avian flu. More than 50% of the students advocated the temperature reporting and frequent hands washing. About 54.8% of the students considered that the health education contents were not enough. The most important way of information collection was the Internet（ 81.8%）,72.1% of students proposed to diffuse the information about H7N9 by the communication ways,69.9% of students would actively talk about the H7N9 news with others. Conclusion The university students know less about the H7N9 avian flu,but they are active to prevent H7N9 avian flu on the aspect of attitude and practice,furthermore they are potentially available to diffuse the information about H7N9. Health education of H7N9 avian flu should be strengthened on the university students.
