摘  要:目的探讨5-HT2A受体基因T102C多态性与ADHD的关联,为相关疾病的病因学研究提供参考。方法以包头市某小学974名6~14岁学生为研究对象,应用PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测5-HT2A受体基因T102C多态性,采用病例对照研究方法分析5-HT2A受体基因T102C多态性对ADHD的影响。结果 5-HT2A受体基因T102C的基因型频率在ADHD组与对照组儿童间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.28,P=0.02),TT基因型是ADHD的保护因素(OR=0.56,P〈0.05),TC/CC基因型是ADHD的危险因素(OR=1.26,P〈0.05)。结论 5-HT2A受体基因T102C多态性与ADHD的发生有关。Objective To investigate the association of 5-HT2A receptor T102C polymorphism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder( ADHD) in children,and to provide evidence for the etiological research of the related diseases. Methods Polymerasechain reaction( PCR) and RFLP technique were used to test 5-HT2A receptor T102C polymorphism. Case-control association analysis was used to analyze the infiuences of ADHD. Results There was difference in the frequency of 5-HT2A receptor T102C polymorphism between ADHD group and the controls( χ2= 5.28,P = 0.02). The TT genotype was a protective factor( OR = 0.56,P0.05),and the TC / CC genotype was a risk factor( OR = 1.26,P0.05). Conclusion 5-HT2A receptor T102C polymorphism is correlated to the incidence of ADHD.
