摘　　要：妇科生殖系统恶性肿瘤与肾关系密切,肾精亏虚是其基本病理机制,可表现为肾气、肾阴或肾阳之不足,病机可涉及肝、脾、肺三脏,在疾病的不同阶段兼有气滞、血瘀、湿热、癌毒等病理产物。补益肾精法应贯穿于治疗始末,根据阴阳偏颇,或滋养肾阴,或温补肾阳,同时结合健脾、益肺、疏肝、清热、利水等扶正祛邪之法。The malignant tumors of the gynecological reproductive system are closely related to the kidney. Deficiency of kidney essence consist of kidney qi, yin and yang is the basic pathological mechanisms, which always relate to liver, spleen and lung. In the different stages of the disease, there are different pathological products such as qi stagnation, blood stasis, damp-heat and cancer toxin. Replenishing kidney essence should throughout the whole treatment process, simultaneously we need to nourish kidney yin or warm and recuperate kidney yang according to the yin or yang deficiency, and to utilize other therapies such as invigorating spleen, benefiting lung, soothing the liver qi, clearing heat and inducing diuresis.
