摘  要:目的:观察人体红外热像随自然界四时变化的规律。方法:受试者为健康男性在校学生共26人,在春分、夏至、秋分、冬至4个节气点采集其红外热像。除比较身体各部的温度值,还通过相对温度值来反映人体温度分布的差异,分析人体体表温度的上下平衡、左右平衡、远近平衡(远心端与近心端)以及前后平衡(胸腹部与背部)随季节变化的规律。结果:人体红外热像呈现出与四时变化相应的规律;季节因素对人体红外热像的影响是独立于气象因素的,在四时阴阳消长变化的不同阶段人体红外热像有不同的特点。讨论:开展人体红外热像实验一定要注意季节的影响,否则可能造成图像分析的错误。红外热像能客观、敏感地显示人体随四时变化的规律,在中医研究领域有重要的应用价值。Objective: To observe the variation of infrared thermal images (ITI) of human body with the four seasons. Methods: The 26 subjects were healthy male university students. Their ITI were taken in the Spring Equinox, the Summer Solstice, the Autumnal Equinox and the Winter Solstice. Besides the surface temperatures of various regions of the body, the relative temperature reflecting the temperature distribution features of the body, including the up and down balance, left and right balance, distal end and proximal end balance and the ventral and dorsal balance, were also analysed. Results: The surface temperature of human body varied with seasons. Season was one of the influencing factors on the ITI of human body independent of meteorological factors. Discussion: The influences of seasons on ITI analysis should be paid attention to, otherwise mistakes would be made. Application of ITI in the traditional Chinese medicine is very significant due to its sensitivity and objectivity in showing the variation of human body with seasons.
