M2-PK和Cath-D在卵巢交界性浆液性囊腺瘤中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨M2型丙酮酸激酶(M2-pyruvate kinase,M2-PK)和组织蛋白酶D(Cathepsin-D,Cath-D)在卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤和交界性浆液性肿瘤组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法,分别检测40例卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤和38例卵巢交界性浆液性囊腺瘤中M2-PK和Cath-D的表达水平。结果:在卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、交界性浆液性囊腺瘤组织中,M2-PK的阳性表达率分别为40.00%和76.32%;Cath-D的阳性表达率分别为25.00%和65.79%,两组间阳性表达率均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。M2-PK和Cath-D在交界性卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:M2-PK表达升高和Cath-D表达降低在卵巢交界性浆液性囊腺瘤的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,二者可为卵巢交界性肿瘤早期诊断及观察预后提供重要依据。Objective： To explore the expressions and clinical significances of M2 - pyruvate kinase （ M2 - PK） and Cathepsin - D （ Cath - D） in ovarian serous cystadenoma and borderline ovarian serous eystadenoma. Methods： [mmunohistochemieal SP method was used to detect the expression ~vels of M2 - PK and Cath - D in 40 cases with ovarian serous cystadenoma and 38 cases with borderline ovarian serous cystadenoma. Results ： In ovarian serous cystadenoma and borderline ovarian serous cystadenoma, the positive expression rates of M2 - PK were 40. 00% and 76. 32% , respectively; the positive expression rates of Cath - D were 25.00% and 65.79%, respectively; there were statistically significant differences in the positive expression rates of M2 - PK and Cath - D between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; in borderline ovarian serous eystadenoma, there was a positive correlation between M2 - PK expression and Cath - D expression （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Upregulation of M2 - PK and downregulation of Cath - D play important roles in oncogensis and progression of borderline ovarian serous cystadenoma, which provide important basis for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of borderline ovarian serous eystadenoma.
