摘  要:目的:比较内蒙古分布的4种白刺果实和叶总黄酮和总生物碱的含量。方法:以索氏提取法提取总黄酮类成分,以硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。采用酸碱提取法提取总碱,以硫酸阿托品为对照品,酸性染料比色法测定白刺总生物碱的含量。结果:4种白刺果实和叶总黄酮和总生物碱的含量差异显著(p<0.05),其中果实中小果白刺总黄酮含量最高,叶中球果白刺的中总黄酮含量最高,而唐古特白刺总生物碱含量最高。结论:本研究可为白刺属种质资源筛选及质量评价提供一定的参考依据。Objective. To compare the content of flavonoids and total alkaloids in the seed of Nitraria from Inner Mongolia.Methods.The total flavonoids were extracted by soxhlet extraction, and were determined by Al (NO3)3- NaNO2 spectrophotometry method.Total alkaloids in Nitrafia was extracted by acid-base and the content of total alkaloids was determined by the acidic dye colorimetry, Results-It showed the content of flavonoids and total alkaloids in fruits and leaves of Nitraria was significantly different( p 〈 0.05 ). Fruits of Nitraria sibirica Pall.and leaves of Nitraria sphaerocarpa Maxim had the highest content of flavonoids, and Nitraria tangutorum Bobr. had the highest content of total alkaloids.Conclusion:The research provided some reference for screening alopecuroides and quality evaluation of the germplasm resources.
