新城镇化背景下羌族原生态村镇可持续发展研究

摘　　要：羌族原生态村镇蕴含的羌族乡村文化和乡村景观是羌族非物质文化遗产的核心。羌族原生态村镇的可持续化发展是综合性、系统性工程,它涉及跨学科研究,其发展应遵循可持续发展的基本策略,以经济可持续为基础,环境可持续为条件,社会可持续为根本目的。随着汶川大地震后羌族地区城市化进程的加快,羌族原生态村镇的可持续发展面临着空间环境退化、教育及人文资源流失、乡村凋敝、迁徙居民就业困难等挑战。新城镇化方针给羌族地区原生态村镇的可持续发展带来新的发展机遇。文章以茂县曲谷乡为例,提出原生态羌族村镇的传承保护和可持续发展应采取维护其发展的空间环境、建设宜居现代化羌族村镇,发展生态农业和地方特色产业及坚持教育优先等措施。The rural culture and landscape in the Qiang indigenous villages is the core of Qiang intangible cultural heritage. The sustainable development of Qiang indigenous villages is an integrated and systematic engineering, which is concerned with interdisciplinary research, and its development should follow the fundamental strategies of sustainability based on the economic sustainability, on the condition of environmental sustainability and on the purpose of social sustainability. With the accelerating urbanization of Qiang region in the wake of Wenchuan earthquake, the sustainability of the Qiang indigenous villages are faced with degeneration of space environment, the loss of educational resources and human resources, the desolation of the indigenous villages and the unemployment of the Qiang immigrants. The policy for new-type urbanization provides fresfi opportunities for the sustainability of the Qiang indigenous villages. Taking Qugu township as a case study, the paper suggests the preservation and sustainability of the Qiang indigenous village should take the following measures into consideration, that to maintain its space environment, to build livable modern Qiang villages, to develop ecological agriculture as well as local characteristic industry and to give priority to education.
